The Court has set a time for a Case Management Conference [CMC], which is the judge asking how things are going on the case, and when it might be ready for trial. It does not include any discussion about the actual case, and it mostly about scheduling. It is MANDATORY that you attend, but there is really nothing to say, because everything is on your CMC Statement.
This preparation is done by us, we serve the lawyer a copy and you file the original in court. It is due 15 days before the hearing, but usually there is no harm if it is late.
