After you have won, you are entitled to reimbursement of the filing fees and other costs you have expended, including attorney fees in most cases. Chances are, the landlord won't offer to pay anything, and you will need to take action to force payment and collect. The cost memorandum is the main document, and the motion for attorney fees is secondary. Both together are filed and the judge makes an order awarding those costs and attorney fees at the motion hearing.
