161 - Reply to Opposition to Petition for Writ of Mandate

While it rarely happens, there is sometimes the need to file a Reply when the landlord's lawyer files an opposition to your writ petition. If they do, the time is required to read the papers, research whatever points are raised and draft the Reply, usually done within an hour's time.
