Refund/Exchange/Cancellation policy
If you have advanced funds which were not used in their entirety for one service, you may either have the unused portion refunded to you or exchanged for a different service by a call, fax or email. You may exchange a payment made for one service to a new and different service by written notice, or by a call, fax or email prior to rendition of the originally ordered service. To cancel payment before the service is rendered, you must call, fax or email. Once the requested service is rendered, cancellation, refund or exchange is not permitted.
